By downloading or using the Trendit³ web or App, you automatically agree to these terms. Please ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reproduce the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any manner. Attempting to extract the source code, translating the app into other languages, or creating derivative versions is strictly prohibited. All rights, including trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, are retained by TRENDIT MEDIA LIMITED . We are fully committed to ensuring that our app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to introduce charges for our services at any time and for any reason. Users’ terms:
Our account membership activation fee after sign-up is N1000 or its equivalent in other currencies and country of use, which is a one-time payment, lifetime, non-renewable, and also non-refundable.
Your account will be activated only after payment of the membership activation fee has been made.
All tasks submitted by an Earners will be checked before the task price is paid to the Earner's account.
Earner unliking or unfollowing a post or page after submission will lead to the submitted tasks being rejected and may attract a fine or ban.
Earner's working account (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, etc.) must be real; otherwise, your submitted social media account will be rejected.
Earner submitting tasks without completing them will have the tasks rejected, and your account won't be credited. It could also lead to ban on our platform.
The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₦1,000, with a 10% charge on every withdrawal.
Earner withdrawals are processed immediately to their added bank account. Any failed withdrawals are due to a bad network, and the withdrawal amount will be refunded to the Earner's account immediately.
We will not be held responsible if a member's account is logged into, should a member expose their login details to a third party.
TRENDIT MEDIA LIMITED reserves the right to close an Earner’s account without notice if any of the above-mentioned rules are violated or if irresponsible acts are discovered.
We do not support any forms of irregularities or fraudulent activities on this platform. Should we notice such, such accounts will be banned without notice.
Advertisers Terms
We will not be held responsible if a member's account is logged into, should a member expose their login details to a third party.
Advertisers are required to post the exact link for their post that will be posted; otherwise, the post will be rejected, and money will be refunded to the advertiser’s account.
Advertiser post will be reviewed. Please wait for us to review your order in order to check if it complies with our standards. The review will be completed within 24 hours after which your order will be activated and allocated to members of the community to perform.
Reposting a task will reduce its audience accuracy.
Note:
Dropping negative comments on any of Trendit³ platforms or its advertisers will lead to the immediate disabling of the earner’s account, as well as ramifications will be expected by the earner to TRENDIT MEDIA LIMITED.
TRENDIT MEDIA LIMITED reserves the right to close any member’s account without notice to the affected member, once any issue termed inappropriate by the Trendit³ Team.
We can update our Terms and Conditions at any time.

Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership and receive a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
You must be an ACTIVE Member for at least 30 Days.
You must not have a CANCELLED TASK OR FAILED TASK on your account. This means you must perform all your tasks properly and on time. You must not miss a task.
You have not earned up to N1,000 either through tasks or referrals.
You have not purchased any airtime or data worth N1,000 on the site.
You have not posted an advert or product on the site.
If the above conditions are met, your membership will be cancelled, and your membership fee will be refunded.
